Qualifying For Low Cost Spay Neuter

The most common question our clients ask is “How do I qualify for a voucher?”

When you come into our office to see if you qualify, we will need you to bring the following itemsSNAP may qualify Self-Supporting students under the following conditions:
1. If you file a Federal Tax Return (1099) please bring that with
you when you visit SNAP.
Student is not claimed on parents' taxes
And
Student does not live with parents
Along with your Tax Return
2. For those who receive Food Stamps
and/or TANIF you will need to bring in proof of other
types of assistance such as food stamps or HUD
housing.
If either of the following conditions exist, the student must be qualified under the parents' household income
If you do not file a Tax Return , bring in the following that
apply to you and your household: Award letter(s) from
Social Security, SSI, SSD, pay stubs
Student is claimed on parents' income taxes
Or
Student lives with parents
A photo ID
Your co-payment in CASH:
$30 per cat
$40 per dog
