Due to New Mexico’s Public Health Emergency and guidance provided by the State of New Mexico the Spay & Neuter Action Program is CLOSED.

Currently we are not accepting any applications.  We will resume operations as soon as restrictions applicable to our business are lifted. 

We have notified our participating veterinarians that vouchers dated from January 15, 2020 to March 23, 2020 are automatically approved for expiration date of May 29, 2020. You do not have to call SNAP for an extension. 

Our March 30th Clinic is cancelled. We will be contacting those people scheduled for the clinic.

April 20th Clinic is cancelled. 

May 4 Clinic – cancelled

SNAP offers low-cost ( $40 per cat & $60 per dog) and free spay/neuter programs. You must income qualify for both. See menu for qualifications and requirements. 

Dona Ana County is funding and partnering with SNAP to provide Free Spay & Neuter to domestic cats and dogs of residents in the unincorporated and rural areas of Dona Ana County.
